* The other day, I had to send out an email to someone whose payment bounced, letting them know why we'd had to revert their paid account. It wasn't until Mark called it to my attention that I noticed how I'd signed it:

Support Prevention, huh? That's... an interesting team to have! *is envisioning a commando team dropping in on support volunteers and destroying their computers or at least their input peripherals to prevent them from submitting answers*
