* write pre-release news post

* edit widget.createaccountentercode.pay back to proper text
* edit any FAQs that need editing
* check site copy on entire create process for proper text

* get validated OpenID list and diff against already-sent-invites/already-created-accounts
* get subscriber list from mailing lists and diff against already-sent-invites/already-created-accounts
* release invites to existing users
* clear out existing invite code requests (delegated)
* remove privs from above
* re-enable comments on dw_codesharing

* post to dw-launch and dw-progress
* post to dw_news

* stop being the recent posts feed :(
