*update support known issues list
*write pre-release news post
*pre-write release news post
*edit widget.createaccountentercode.pay back to proper text
*edit any FAQs that need editing
*check site copy on entire create process for proper text
* get validated OpenID list and diff against already-sent-invites/already-created-accounts
* get subscriber list from mailing lists and diff against already-sent-invites/already-created-accounts
* release invites to existing users
*clear out existing invite code requests (delegated)
*remove privs from above
