Using site search with certain keywords to find search-engine-ranking-boosting spammers, and getting distracted because the keywords also turn up interesting-looking fic.

That's really awesome! Could you just remind us what the procedure is for reporting SEO spam journals we find while browsing the site? Is it to open a support request?

Yes! Journals leaving spammy comments or sending spammy PMs, delete and mark as spam (which goes to the antispam team). Journals that are just sort of hanging out in their own space and not interacting with other people, but are SEO spam: open a support request with the Terms of Service team.
