Both Mark and I forgot that tomorrow (today!) was the beginning of March! So, it's my turn; who's got stuff for the update?

Nah, we implemented it differently -- I think LJ's implementation wasn't open? Or perhaps [staff profile] mark had a different idea for how to do it. Or maybe it was both.

The subdivisions are definitely different, but the basic functionality is the same to an end-user.

Tag-specific RSS feeds, which are made of awesome, because unlike notifications, they aren't dependent on people remembering to tag their posts as they post them :)

Tag-specific RSS feeds were actually inherited from LJ! It's just that we tweaked it so it coudl be auto-discovered by browsers, I think.

I AM SO EXCITED I CANNOT EVEN TELL YOU! I love them so much! They are so cute and woolly and awesome, and, um, my OCD-self loves that they are also uniform in size and shape, and that they tell you the mood right on them. \o/
