One of us can post the how to make themes document, and you can reiterate that there's a two month paid time bounty for each theme.

Also, you at one point collected info on suggestions that will never be approved, but did not follow up with a compilation at ?dw-biz?.

I don't think anyone said in your original query, but there should probably be an aside on why More Options Suck More, from the POV of the user. (Possibly also for the maintainer, if you don't feel like your tl;dr-ing, but definitely from the user's perspective.)
