I was really impressed by it. They didn't have to make that apology post -- none of what happened was their fault and all they needed to say was "we find this inappropriate and we're pulling our sponsorship" -- and yet they took the time to write an articulate, classy, heartfelt apology and go on record saying how much they disapproved. I can't help but contrast the responses to this incident with things that would happen five or six years ago -- or even two or three years ago -- and be really pleased with how far we've come. It seems like every time we go around the merry-go-round again, things get a little bit better.
