I will confess that I mostly did it by cutting out everything I didn't consider absolutely essential, since we're more or less functioning as not-in-beta and have been for a while, but there are still a few things we consider critical to being a not-in-beta site. *g* (Unfortunately, all three of them are assigned to me or mark...)
